RETURNS POLICY

1. Best Buy Home Goods Returns & Refund

At Best Buy Home Goods, our ultimate goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase from us. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days from the date of order delivery. Our Returns & Refund is simple and straightforward. Item must be returned in its new unused original condition.

Please ensure to retain the original package for returns, otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse such returns. Once we receive the return, we will process credit or refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of item delivery. Also, we will not exchange, issue a refund or credit after 30 days of item delivery.

2. Exceptions To Returns & Refund

Here are a few exceptions to our returns and refund policy. We will not accept damaged or used item to be returned for exchange or refund. If you have an issue with your order solely due to Best Buy Home Goods or factory’s fault such as Wrong Item, Lost Item, and Damaged Item, we will accept and issue full refund after receiving such item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery date. Note that all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact with the item. If these are not available, the product will not be eligible for return.

However, if you decide to return based on personal reason, we will issue refund for the purchase price less shipping fees. Meanwhile, if you choose to ship the item back using your carrier, you have to send us an email indicating the order details and return tracking number. We will process and issue a full refund once we received the item in its original condition.

3. Credit And Refund

We will notify you via email as soon as we complete the Returns & Refund. Please note that it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the same payment source used to make the purchase. The length of time for the refund to reflect also depends on your financial institution processing time.

4. How To Initiate A Return

Please follow these simple steps. You must contact us via support@bestbuyhomegoods.com stating your order number with additional details regarding your order. You will also tell us the reason for your return request. Once we have the information, we will immediately follow up with you to get it resolved. Please keep in mind that such return must meet the criteria stated in this policy. Thereafter, we will email you a printable pre-paid shipping label for the return shipment.
